The biggest wine and spirits fair in the new EU countries
Dear exhibitors,
The 15th international fair in Prague, the largest exposition of wine and delicacies in new countries of EU, will take place under the patronage of the premier of the Czech Republic, vice chairman of the senate of the Czech Republic and the minister of agriculture of the Czech Republic. We are glad to be able to draw the professionals from gastronomy and trade every year so that our statistics is the same in spite of the crisis. Long term trends and diagrams show that roughly 30% of professionals are directly from gastronomy, 20% are merchants with wine and delicacies and the rest are lovers of wine. We have more than 200 exhibitors, the direct foreign exhibitors are from 10 countries and the number of visitors amounts 14 – 15 000 every year.
We would like to share with you our experience gained by organizing various wine tasting in hotels or the special „Concerts of wine and delicacies”. The most attractive for professionals from gastronomy is mutual presentation of domestic wines as well as the foreign wines on the same place. Then every professional can assess what is the best on our market. Our experience was approved by all participants of above mentioned event and we are glad that our fair meets these demands.
Further we meet the growing request of the people from gastronomy to fi nd quality wine as well as quality food to it. The food producers have the same opinion - they would like to present their products matching the consumption of wine. Therefore we are going to rename our fair Wine&Delicacies and hope to bring a positive impulse to our gastronomy.
